At what age should I start using eye cream and which is the best one out there?

I'm 26 years old and I just start noticing some fine lines under y eyes. However, I have heard that if you use anti-wrinkle creams on your 20's, you are making your eye-skin thinner and pro-wrinkle.

4. It's never to early to take care of the skin around your eyes. It is the most delicate area on your face. There are sooo many different brands out there. I like Advanced Stop Signs Eye SPF 15 by Clinique or All About Eyes by Clinique as well. They are gentle and they work.
5. You can start using an eye cream now, if you really wanted too. Using eye cream doesn't damage your skin usually. The thing is, you have to apply it properly--use your ring finger to pat it on. Rubbing damages the delicate undereye area. Also, the one reason that magazines say that using eyecreams are harmful is that people use eyecreams in place of their regular moisturizer in the undereye area during the day, but they forget to add sunscreen, which is essential in maintaining young looking skin.
