you shouldn't start a business if you do not know the first thing about business. sell your product to a company that knows how to market, or find a partner that does.
I would find a great lawyer, because you will be in court as soon as you start to sell it. there is no such thing as a miracle skin cream, the best companies in the world have made that same ridiculous claim and are being taken for billions for making false statements, don't believe me>? no insurance company in the world will take your business.
