Suggestions as to a good daily face cream?

I am looking for suggestions for a good daily face cream I can be using. I live in Canada, so needs to be available here. Something that is not overly expense (no more than $30), moisturizes, and has worked well in your experience (no weird side effects, like a rash). Anyone have some good ideas?

1. I use the timewise system by marykay. They have a day and night solution. I don't know if people sell that in Canada- but you can find it on E-bay. Timewise has a microderm cleanser- day/might solution and a moisturizer. I have very sensitive skin and this works the best for me. Good luck
2. I use oil of ulay .. which is called various similar things in different countries - oil of ulan, similar other names. Several years ago there were blind tests done on a wide variety of expensive and not so expensive moisturisers. This one came up trumps, and it still gets really good reviews in women's magazines regularly. I've been using it for about 20 years now (although the product has changed slightly). Every now and then I try a new product if i feel like some variety, but I always keep going back to this one.
3. Olay makes one I like called oil of olay, they have it for like oily or dry skin and you can get it with spf.
