  1. Roc. They were one of the first with antioxidants in their care regime, which are wonderful for skin damage. Or try Alpha (it comes in a red box). Both were recommended to my friends and I when were showed skin damage from the daily beach routine. Good luck!
  2. A) don't worry about small lines B) Most cremes DON'T DO ANYTHING!!! C) Your diet and genes have more to do with that than your cremes and lotions Sorry
  3. I think the biggest factor in fighting fine lines and wrinkles is MOISTURE! Our skin looks way older when we are dehydrated. Keep up your washing routine, and include exfoliation - but look into the VERY BEST possible moisturiser that you can possibly afford. Without exfoliation your moisturiser wont get down to the new skin, it will just be sitting on dead cells that only make the appearance of fine lines even worse. Keep your water consumption up too, because dehydration comes from within. Sun screen is so important, because as you probably already know - the sun causes the most damage of all!
  4. first and foremost..limit the amount of products you apply to your face. start eating better, and look to a steady product that you feel is most efficient. Not all expensive brands beat out the less expensive ones. aveeno is pretty good, and in expensive using oatmeals wheat, and a variety of other ingredients. then again you cant shock your skin with such a "sudden switch" in products. slow and steady wind the race. wean your skin into a new regimen. research products, product ingredients (active, inactive). you'll find what you need if you take your time. tried to help some...To be honest i kinda lost my point and where i was going with the feedback and i had to recover somehow...ahhh none the less its in the air now and i can exit smoooooothly. lol. (good luck hope u find what ur looking for!)
