Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliner. Help!?

I used to use an eyeliner from clinique, I believe it was called the cream eye shaper. It went on very smoothly and I applied it to my waterline. I don't think I want to continue using that eyeliner though because if doesn't come in black(which looks best on me). I just recently ran out of that eyeliner and I'm considering the Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliner. Is it okay to apply to my waterline? I've read some reviews and discovered that it was very creamy and rich but I'm not sure if it goes on your waterline well. I only wear eyeliner on my waterline and a little on my lashline, so I need to find an eyeliner that sticks. Also, does the urban decay liner go on darkly? If I get it, I'm going to buy it in Zero(black). Well, if anyone has experience on this eyeliner, please let me know how it is and how well it applies to your eye and waterline. 1. i put mine on the lash line because i used to put it on the inside lid and people told me you can get infections, and you actually can. see if you can stick to the lashline.
2. Yes! It is great and it stays on wonderfully! They also have very cute colors too if you ever want to switch it up!
