- I had a glycolic peel. I think its for acne prone skin. This kind of peel is just light you wouldn't even notice. It removes dead skin but the effect is not that visible. If converted to US$, its about $15. I know of other kinds such as power peel, diamond peel and ordinary peel. All three makes the face smoother and even, as if you have a new skin. With the first two peeling is not visible and sometimes it requires up to 10 sessions. But with the last one, it can last a week. You sort of look old first before the old skin is totally remove. Also, let it peel by itself or else you'll have an uneven skin tone. But it gives the best result. They usually cost $50 per visit or $250 package for several sessions.
