- If you are fair skinned you can get a light chemical peel, one from a spa or medi-spa should be fine, and that should work well. You wouldn't need anything stronger if the scarring is light. I don't suggest microderm for this. Speak to a reputable esthetician or dermatologists and they can make the best recommendation for you based on your skin. Then you won't waste your money.
- this might help you acne treatment http://acnecureonline.blogspot.com/ --Drink 8 glasses of water --Do not pick or squeeze your blackheads and pimples --Wash twice a day with acne soap --Eat carrots for beta-carotene (Vitamin A)
- I have the same problem and I tried Neutrogena Visibly Even Night Complex. It's a light lotion you use at night and it has retinol and I believe soy, to help fade those dark spots. Over-the-counter stuff usually doesn't work for me, but this is the one product that has. I would definitely recommend it.
