Does anyone wanna give me advice, and/or examples of face peels?

I'm going to use a face peel at home for the first time. I'll be using a 70% glycolic peel. I know it's strong, and you're meant to build up by using 30% etc but i'm not, so please don't tell me otherwise. Infact, I am thinking about diluting it, but i don't know how. I'm planning on leaving it or for a minute - 90 seconds. I just want to hear other peoples experiences with face peels (at home or in salons.) And any tips, or advice would be great :)

  1. See that you apply the right amount as mentioned. The layer shouldn't be very thin...otherwise it will be difficult to take off.
  2. First of all, chemical peel treatments do not guarantee the same results as a face lift but greatly help in getting rid of pimple scars, preventing pre-cancerous growths on skin, and controlling the spread of acne. Other things you need to know about this cosmetic procedure are its risks. The truth is that although it usually safe and easy, there's still is a possibility that you'll suffer from infections and scars. As such, choosing the right chemical peel treatment for you and the best cosmetic surgeon to perform the procedure would be the foremost precaution in having a renewed facial appearance. Generally, there are three kinds of solutions available for chemical peel treatments: AHA (alphahydroxy acids), TCA (trichloroacetic acid), and phenol peels.
