When should you start using anti wrinkle creams?

I'm nineteen should i start? I don't have any wrinkles yet but isn't it better to start before you actually get wrinkles? the earlier the better? And which creams do you recommend? especially under eye creams since that is the area that wrinkles first and where you can tell someones age
