- apart from fruits or veg must be eggs and egg yolk provided you consume them moderately so as to not let the fat in it affect you. also one of the best foods for keeping you helathy good looking young and fresh are oily fish. the omega-3 fatty acids in them are supposed to enhance your over all health and mental alertness. also try consuming a spoon full of honey each day as its supposed to be another magic formula for youthful looks.
- Definitely foods with omega 3s in them like oily fish (tuna, Salmon, Mackerel) as these oils nourish the skin and keep it supple. If you are veggie like me then eat some nuts, particularly almonds.
