skin cream reaction? help!?

Ive been having a lot of acne lately so recently i put some cream on my face. then later i put another cream, not together though, but i guess i still wasnt suppose to use 2 creams. so now the skin on my face has red splotches and it itches. what should i do? is it wise to put some kind of cream medication on it ? ive been drinking lots of water n trying to eat more fruits to clear out my skin.

  2. It's not necessarily a combination of the creams. You may just be allergic to one of them. I agree, if you have problems with acne, your best bet is a dermatologist.
  3. It definitely sounds like an allergic reaction to one of the creams. You should stop using both of them for a few days. Wash your face with a gentle cleanser such as Cetaphil for sensitive skin or Dove for sensitive skin. Use a gentle moisturizer such as Cetaphil lotion. Give your face a couple of days to calm down. If things don't get better, consult a physician or dermatologist for more help. Also, from now on, whenever you use a new product on your face, it is a good idea to test the product in a small area first to make sure it doesn't bother your skin.
