is it illegal to sell chemical peels to someone that does not have a license?
I recently went on line to a website touting TCA peels, lactid acid, etc. I should have held on to the old adage, "if it sounds too good to be true" Because I have been ripped off. I contacted the company to let them know of my dissatisfaction and they sent me harrassing emails about extortion and lawyers! Ha. I wonder how they can get away with selling "professional srength" chemicals and are allowed to sell to unlicensed people
