1. They can help a little. Just to be clear here though... Websites that sell HGH or GH supplements are selling natural supplements that help your body produce more of its own HGH naturally. Real HGH is only available via perscription from you doctor and should only be used when closely supervised by a doctor. Do not buy into any traps on overseas websites selling the real HGH as this is very dangerous. I've been using one of the natural GH boosters, I think it is called GH factor. I take 6 pills in the morning when I wake up on empty stomach and wait for 30 minutes before eating. I see small improvements in my mood as well as minor changes in my heavy lifting ability. But we're not talking massive gains here. The best is to stick with a good diet and the most important thing is to get in about 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight each day.
