I usually just wear a hoodie and stretch the sleeves over my hands. You might want to ask a doctor about it though because the cold hands could be caused by poor circulation.
I have cute fingerless gloves with a foldover mitten, so you can have the best of both worlds! I made mine, but have seen them in shops before. Sorry, but I don't live near you, but I'm sure department stores have them.
