Do you agree that Roger Clemens is sooo busted for steroids? More News.?

Looks like there might be pictures to prove that Clemens was at Jose Canseco's party. If so, that would mean: 1- Andy Pettitte tesified that Roger took HGH. 2- McNamee testifed that Roger took HGH. 3- Debbie Clemens took HGH, so why wouldn't Roger? 4- Roger claimed that Pettitte "misremembered", and Clemens was talking about his wife taking HGH in 2002, even though Debbie Clemens did not take injections until 2003, so it was impossible for Pettitte to "misremember". 5- Picture shows that Clemens lied about being at Canseco's party. 6- Syringes with Clemens' DNA on it. Strange as it may seem, it still would be hard for McNamee to get Roger's DNA on a moments notice and fabricate evidence so suddenly. When it's all said and done, McNamee apparently told the truth. Clemens's story keeps showing more and more lies. Do we all agree that if these photos are real, that Clemens is busted beyond reasonable doubt? http://nbcsports.msnbc.com/id/23293873/

1. Yeah. More than likely he'll have a perjury charge brought against him but that doesn't mean he actually DID take roids. These bone head politicians are only going on hearsay and no solid evidence. I think he took 'em but I could be wrong.
2. I think he's busted for being a liar, but no one can prove HGH was in the test tubes. So he's definately lying and we know why, but we can't prove that he actually took the stuff. We can only prove he lied about a lot. It's a thin, grey line but he's still on the correct side as far as teh hall of fame is concerned.

5. Weather he is busted or not the whole steriod thing is getting old. Let's get it resolved and move on.
6. Anyone who has believed for one second that Clemens didn't take anything is living in a fantasy land. You do not get to be that old and still dominate guys half your age. I think the majority of major leaguers have taken the stuff, and I think they should be allowed to. It makes the game more exciting for us, and what do we care what they do to their bodies? Hit a homer! Throw a no-hitter! Do something exciting!
7. I'm thinking he was lieing, but even if he is charged with perjury, he has really good lawyers that will get him out of serving any time. Barry Bonds and Miguel Tejada wont go to jail either because they have the money for extremely good lawyers...
8. His reputation and place in the HOF are definitely tarnished by these allegations. I, too, think they will go after him for perjury.
9. Roger said that he got vitiamin shots, he may or may not have know what was in the syringes. All that being said, I beleive Pettitte. This whole thing is slimmy
10. Wow. Im impressed. Are you a lawyer. You make the most compelling case to support your claim and back it up with the most compelling evidence to support same. If you are not a lawyer, you missed your calling. I always thought that in the back of my mind when clemens threw that bat at piazza in 2000. Its a shame what roids do to a person. Clemens is so in denial that I dont even think he believes he did em.
