1. yes HGH is legal, it is very expensive. The true HGH can only be taken by injection. There are many companies that sell HGH by pill and spray but unfortunately the product particle size does not absorb in your system enough to be effective. The cost of injection is about $1000.00 a month. The only ones that benefit are people with money, like celebrities and professional athletes.
2. Athletes and bodybuilders sometimes take HGH to gain extra muscle mass and strength but they never gain any height. You can only gain height with HGH if you are actually deficient in HGH and you are still growing. The side effects can be quite horrendous. HGH injections by a doctor are frightfully expensive and to qualify for such treatment you need to be a dwarf (say 4'6 or shorter).
