Does anyone know some reliable anti-aging procedures?
A 52 years old women would like to look younger. She's slim and fit, but wrinkles on her face and "lowered" cheeks give out her age. She will never go for a real plastic surgey, and she's afraid of Botex ('cos of millions stories when women became ugly after doing it). Does anyone know any other option that really works, I mean real examples, something that your friends/parents tried, not from advertisement.

- Natural methods works, the juice of the lemon is a great antioxidant you can directly apply the extract on ur face and leave it overnight... you can have smooth and supple skin plus lemon juice can reduce wrinkles too... Good nutrition is very important, eat foods that are high in fiber and protein... avoid highly seasoned foods and foods that are high in cholesterol.. If you smoke... it's better to abstain from smoking, because this practice can make you look older than your age... Coconut oil works also... Have you heard of coconut oil capsules? you can take it as a food supplement or can even apply the oil on your face.... this is a great moisturizer I must say, because my mom relies on the great works of coconut oil... she looks ten years younger than her age. My Mom's secret are herbal products(for detox/cleansing) Fish oil, spirulina, ginseng coffee, and other health supplements that are good for the skin... Just leave a healthy lifestyle... and you'll benefit from it.... aside from being healthy, you'll look younger... and being Happy always, gives you a different glow!=) try to check this site also: http://www.skincare-diary.com/beauty-and-raw-food.php
- Get plenty of sleep, eat a diet that contains mostly fruit and veggies, drink lots of water and use a good skin care regimen. I happen to know of a company that has anti-aging products that are very reasonable and do absolutely work. Email me at nesa23us@yahoo.com and we'll chat further.
- One thing she can do is moisturize her skin, keep it healthy and supple. Get into a good healthy diet and keep herself fit. Natural oils and herbs are best, since are less toxic to the body. And you can read more tips at http://www.skinsosilky.com/dryskinmoisturizer.htm .
