Best concealer for under eye circles?

I have some really dark under eye circles...I have had them for as long as I can remember. Alot of my family has the same problem so please nobody suggest cold spoons or teabags etc. They dont work for me because my circles dont go away...just a part of my life that I have to deal with unfortunately! My question is...which type of concealer is best for covering under eye circles? Liquid? Stick? Cream? I need some heavy duty coverage but I dont like the kind that rubs off easily or the kind that sets into the fine lines...makes me look old & im only 21!! Also, if you know of a really good brand I should try let me know! Thank you!!

2. The creamy Sheer Cover is the best concealer is great. it's not oily, it doesnt clump & does really well. Be careful with the sticks. they can pull the skin, increasing the chance of untimely wrinkles.
3. I have the same exact problem, and I'm only 24. I've found a system that works miracles!!! I use this stuff called ohh la lift by benefit for my puffy bags first (you might not have puffy circles) then i use a conceal brush with Vincent Longo's creme conceal. I've tried so many concealers it's not even funny. This one is the best i have found cause it is light but doesn't rub off, and really conceals but works with your skin tone to look natural! A good base layer of moisturizer also helps the conceal not to accentuate those lines and wrinkles! I buy all this stuff at saphora.com. It isn't ooh expensive but it isn't drug store make up either. It really works for me, and I hope you find something that works for you too!

5. here are my favorite concealers with buildable coverage in different price ranges (good even on my oily skin in the hot florida summers)... mark invisible touch perfecting concealer $5, 5 shades merle norman cover up concealer $12, 12 shades benefit boi-ing concealer $18, 3 shades all of these are creams in pots or tubes. to apply, pat (don't rub) on with a sponge or small brush. set with foundation.
