Wrinkle Creams?

Can anyone recommend a really good wrinkle cream? I've tried dozens of products and find they're all pretty much the same. Price does not matter, as long as it works. Any suggestions?

1. Cathi - there is no product out there (despite all the advertising you see) that really prevents wrinkles...all advertising is just hype. Sorry
2. Olay Regenerist has proven ingredient... altho none will get rid of wrinkles, they will just soften them and make them look reduced. Beware of some products out there that have only a temporary effect.
