4. ive always been told that the sooner the better, like i use them now im 18 yrs old and when i was 14 i wouldnt go outside without spf to help prevent wrinkles

Always use spf, light moisturizers, if you are young and try to avoid lots of sun, caffeine. These can age you faster than you realize. I should know, I am 53 and we didn't have the adivce and knowledge that you do now.
