Anti Aging Skin Tips

Live in Long Island, NY and wanted to know if anyone had their wedding at the Chateu la Mer?

I heard the place was really nice and affordable but the food isnt too good. I really just wanted to hear what someones actual experience was!!??? Thanks!!

1. I went to a wedding there last summer. The venue was very typical, but the food was terrible. I dont know if they provide the cake or if the bride and groom bought it, but it was like sawdust. And the chicken was still pink on the inside.
2. Yes, I had my wedding there! March, 2006. The food is the absolutely best around..I received so many compliments about the food and service. They have a food tasting night so you can taste the food before you sign the contracts. I also looked around at other places on LI and they had the best prices. I highly recommend Chateau La Mer, I had a wonderful experience, the service, food, staff, everything was really nice. EDIT: To the above comment, My cake was delicous, not dry at all. Chateau La Mer did provide the cake, it comes from The Black Forest Bakery in Lindenhurst, which I think is THE BEST bakery around...haven't found one even close.
