What age should one start using anti-aging products?

Is it bad to use them too early?

Public Comments

  1. Up to the individual..
  2. when you see wrinkles
  3. It is not bad really but just remember anti-aging cosmetics don't actually work the way most people expect them to. A person may have the hopes of their face looking as if they are still 20 etc years of age where in reality the truth of the matter is that is helps to slow down the appearance of wrinkles but they will still be there be it in a week, a month or a year later.
  4. if you have a dry skin, you should use moisturizer so that wrinkles would not appear that early.. i think 20+...
  5. One should not use them at all. It is bad to use them at any age. Why allow your extraordinary feminine vanity to induce you to use unnatural products on or in your body. Why not have more respect for yourself?
  6. personally i think its never too soon ! I would start using them late teens. Avon do good ones for different age groups which i think are good. Your parents skin condition is a good way of seeing how your skin will age.
  7. I was told not to start using anti-ageing products too early as you will minimise their effects when you come to really need them. Once you start to get little wrinkles that's when you should start to use anti-ageing products, before then, cleanse tone and moisturise and use eyegel twice a day, and use a night cream. Drink plenty of water, eat plenty of fresh fruit and veg, keep out of the sun (wear spf) don't smoke and make sure you get at least 8hr sleep a night! (Prevention is better than the cure!)
  8. Don't bother they don't work, Ageing happens Its part of life deal with it
  9. Im 21 and im taking a few minor precautionary measures already! Lol. I figured prevention was better than cure! x x
  10. you should start using it when wrinkles start appearing but if you are still youg i would try and use just a little bit only use loads if your wrinkles are starting to show
  11. 20+
  12. Prevention is better than cure! Mid to late 20's is probably about the right time to start using a anti aging cream as they contain ingredients that help to plump up the collagen in your skin, before this time you dont really need it, so would be a waste of money. If you wait until you already have deep wrinkles theyr not gonna gonna shift, you need to treat the skin before hand to stop it getting that way.
