- Staying out of the sun and never smiling. But why would you want to ....just use a decent moisturizer and accept a few wrinkles.
- Aging in the face is mostly in the skin, not the muscles. Gravity, sun exposure, hormones are the primary causes the skin changes over time. You shouldn't expect much in the way of results from just exercising the underlying muscles.

- My mom use to watch Richard Simmons and he use to have people say vowels out loud. When you say the vowels stretch your face as far as the letter will go. That is the only one I have heard of. Personally my thought is plenty of water to keep your skin moisturized.
