HGH Boosters?
I'm a junior in highschool 16 going on 17. I play football and its the off season where everyone lifts and trains their butt off for next season. We had a trainer come in to talk about weightlifting and supplements and such, he said something about HGH Boosters and stuff. Is an HGH Booster count as a steroid? And would it be safe for a 16 year old to take low supplements while involved in active weightroom training?
Public Comments
- I suggest avoiding it. HGH is classified as an anabolic steroid and has dangerous side effects and is also illegal. I suggest using more "natural" and "safe" supplements such as whey protein, weight gainer, creatine, or a nitric oxide supplement. These along with the proper workout and diet provide long lasting results in muscle gains. If your looking for information on those supplements I highly suggest checking out If you want to find out more fitness tips and information on how to obtain your muscle building goals I sugest checking out http://www.fitness-nutrition-plan.com it includes detailed experienced information on how to make a Fitness Nutrition Plan, building muscle, muscle supplements, fitness equipment, and experienced advice about how to manage a balanced diet properly.
