Any uses for lemon peels?
I'm using lemons alot lately and there's too much leftover peels! :( Any efficient way to use them so they don't go to waste? I'm one who's not fond of wasting any of nature's products :< I know you can make zest but I have no use for that... Any suggestions? Best Answer WILL be REWARDED!!!

- put on top of yogurt parfait some kind of pie
- grind them down the garbage disposal to make the drain fresh smelling.
- Candie them with melted sugar and then put them on cakes or desserts as decorations, or you can add them to a simple syrup recipe and make lemon syrup for desserts.
- Put maple syrup in a bowl. Put the peels in that for about 20 mins. Take the peels out after 20 mins. Then you have lemony maple syrup!! Drizzle on pancakes, waffles, etc. You can also do this with lime and orange peels. ADIDAS PS: Orange is my favorite!
