Orange peel?
Orange peel is mentioned in lot of my herbal body recipes. Is orange peel the actual orange peel or is it an herb? If it's actually the peel can I dry my orange peels and use those? Thanks!!!!

- It's the actual orange peel. But it refers only to the orange part, not the white stuff just under the surface. Get a citrus zester. It allows you to remove just the rind while leaving the white stuff.
- yes you can do that, and even you can make the orange peel powder and use it in yoyr reciepe and baking
- I have found a very good way to do this. I use a potato peeler to peel my orange, just taking off the peel. The white is very bitter. Place it in a sandwich bag and freeze it tille you need some. Works great.
