Out of face cream, lotion okay?

I'm out of face cream but my face is geting really dry, I'm talking crocidile skin here! Is it okay to use hand cream to tide myself over until I can get something for the face.

1. Sorry, that is not a good idea! It is too greasy for your face and will only cause blockage of your pours, and possibly a breakout!
2. I might be a bit greasy, so just use a sparse amount. I do the same when I run out of facial moisturizer too. Also you might want to consider a facial wash that will hydrate your skin. I use Oil of Olay regenerative facial wash and it's amazing. I've even got my husband using it it's so good. But shhh, don't tell him I told you. ;)
3. get a egg white,,just the white and blend it in a bowl,,to its all fluffy,,put it on your face,,try not to smile or frown,,for about 10 mins,,,,,wash off with just water,,,it refreshes your face and skin,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

5. Can't be done. You'll just have to get that face cream. Hand cream and face cream are not the same.
6. I find lotion irritating to my skin, especially the fragrance.
