- Why would you need Human Growth Hormone? Your Normal height....probably even above average.. and if it isnt approved by the FDA, then dont waste your time...and anything containting L-Arginine is good for growth also eat lots of protein.

- No, orals are a complete waste of money (it cannot survive the digestive process). Besides, GH is not so much a muscle builder directly and is actually a very powerful fat burner so it shouldn't be used if you're aim is all around weight gain.
