Is The stretch mark cream strivectin worth the money?

I'm 13 and I have really fair skin. I get horrible, dark stretch marks on my breasts, hips and back. For those of you who have used the brand of stretch mark cream called strivectin (sp?) is it worth the money you pay for it?

1. no the only thing that really works is getting a tan it covers it up it did mine!!

3. My daughters the same way, it doesn't work. And tanning just makes the strech marks whiter

5. Never used it but let me tell you the truth. THeres no cream or anything that will make them go away completely. Permenant is surgery and even then its not fool proof. Use vitamin E oil and it will lighten them to almost non existant....but you have them and they are now a part of you. Use the oil though and dark turns to flesh colored and unnoticable unless they are RIGHT UP ON IT LOOKING FOR IT.
6. sorry sweetie, for someone so young, but no, a stretch mark is a tear in the skin,, and they never go away,, but dont let that scare you into developing into a pretty lady,, it is all in how you see yourself,, carry yourself happy and confidant
7. I have them bad as well cause of having kids. Before kids I was like 105 pounds and I was 5'7 and I got big fast with my son and got Stretch Marks. I cant get them to go away or shink for nothing in the world other then having them cut off me. I really dont want to have Surgery unless I have to and Plus it shows how much more I love my kids by making such a sacrifice to my image. For future ones though I would go to GNC and get Vitimen E liquid pills or if you can get just the liquid that is fine. So that every time you feel an itch then rub some of that on the area and you will have less marks over the years. I am sorry you have to go through that but men go through it as well and they deal with it better then us girls do.
