- Don't know your age, but the absolute most moisturizing eye cream on the planet is from Lancome. It is called Proges. You'll have to ask them for it, because they don't keep it out.
- Oil of Olay regenerist line or defenity line. If you want to brighten up the eyes choose the defenity line. The regenerist line is best for aging. And both are moisturizing.
