1. i dont know anyting about the HGH spray but I do know that usually things like that dont work. I have been body building for awhile now and I have taken alot of supplements to know that most dont work lol. but idk you might want to do more research into that. But as for the loosing weight. You need to Speed up your matbolism like you said. You can do this by eating 5 to 6 meals a day with high protein intake. You need to watch your calorie intake. You should be burning more then you eat. You need to also be exercising along with the diet. Follow this for about 3 weeks and you will start to see amazing results and you will be hooked on your transformation.

4. ok first your age is always a factor in what you do ..I use Zylene but you should run it past your parents and doctor if you are under 18.
