Do things like chemical peels & microdermabrasion make your face look skinnier?

Im asking cause I had something called an "accent" done on my skin to remove some wrinkles around the neck. It is supposed to tighten the skin, the thing is I am already skinny or close to being skinny & trying to gain weight but I think the accent made my face skinnier looking Im only 29 so its not like I had a bunch of saggin skin to tighten, so Im probably going to get a chem. peel or microderm. to improve my skin but Im worried that Im going to walk out of there looking anorexic...can anyone tell me if i am right in my thinking that it will make you skinnier looking in the face?

3. A chemical peel and micro dermasbrasion helps the skin rejuvenates.It will clear the skin of any clogged pores and help even out the skin. It will tighten the skin but not to point you will look sunken and aneroxic. If you had a face lift then it probably would, no need to worry about get these treatments done.
