What should I do tighten my after delivery belly skin? Is there a good creme to use?
I had baby 6 months ago and started behaving and exercise after 3 months. i gained 40 pounds and lost 20 pounds after delivery. After started working out I lost 10 more pounds in just 3 months. Have 10 more pounds to go. I follow a healthy diet, remember no dieting, just eating everyhting in small amounts and add a lot of veggies and water. Alcohol once a week and I eat what I want once a week. cardio 4-5 days a week. Weight training 3 times and Pilates once or twice. It feels great to fit in my old jeans. Still have a little tummy. I am feeling great and pple think I havent had a baby. I have a lot of energy too. just wawnt to get that skin again the one I used to have. I look like I am 70 years old with that skin. Its kinda loose and wrinkled, where I am tight and toned from everywhere else. Its just around navel. Please help... I really don't want to go under knife because its a very small lower abs area.

- Time or Surgery.... Thats it, my wife has the same thing. She had twins 8 years ago and today weights about 110 pounds. Her stomach still looks like what your describing. Time or Surgery is what our doctor told her. Now you can make it look better by toning the stomach. But the stretched skin and wrinkles will never go away.
- Might as well face the fact that once you deliver a baby you will never be exactly the same as before. Depending on your age, number of pregnancies and the size of your pregnancy you may get "most" of your skin tone back but not all. Think of it like a balloon, you can blow it up and let the air out, it goes down but not exactly the same. If you have a newborn perhaps you need to focus more on that and less on some minor skin problem that no one else really notices or cares about anyway. I am going to condense that by saying time to get your priorities in order.
