- I would suggest an eye cream that has a shimmer to it. Estee Lauder makes one and I think Dove does as well. The shimmer will help to reflect light away from the darkness. Start with the eye cream and then apply a concealer that is one shade lighter than your skin and follow with foundation.
- The best eye cream that really works for me for dark circles is AVON Anew Force eye cream. Nothing else has worked! It did take a few days to work but I use it daily and have no dark circles anymore!
