Regarding anti-aging..?

I'm only 22 and im already applying Olay total effect anti-aging retinol restoration cream and moisturizer.. Is it safe for my skin? I mean no side effects in the future? My skin is glowing when i use it but im worried that my skin would rely on it in the future.

3. I'm a guy and just turned 40. I've been eating the 8-9 fruits and vegtables a day for the past 10 + years and my skin is perfect. I have an orange every day. No wrinkles and good complexion and I think my diet has a lot to do with it. Other than moisturizer after a shower, I don't use any creams. I have no idea about the effectiveness of Olay, but for a life-long solution, definately include having a healthy diet.
4. I think skin condition is mainly genetic. That said, I really believe that using too much moisturizing cream will over time cause you to stop producing the necessary moisturizers yourself. Even worse is makeup, and the process of removing it. I would be careful to not wash my face more than once a day. If you have to make a choice, ditch the makeup and keep the moisturizers, don't smoke, exercise and drink lots of water and eat healthy food.
