  1. No. If you want nice healthy skin you have to drink plenty of water and eat good fruit and veg. No smoking and very little alcohol. Sorry.
  2. lol... none of them ACTUALLY work... that's the point...
  3. Ive given up with the creams, the key to slow ageing skin is do it from the inside out. Eat a healthy, varied diet and drink alot of water, excersise.
  4. YES!!! Derma E products are very good. heres the website http://www.dermae.net/cgi-bin/fccgi.exe?w3exec=dei.portal
  5. Yes plenty of fruit and veg lots of water . Most of all moisturise night and day with any quality you dont need to spend a lot just as long as you do it .also dont smoke and keep the use of sun beds down
  6. Sleep, Sleep, Sleep. Get your 8 hours of beauty sleep each night. It's soooo important to keep your skin and your body healthy. As a gift, I was given a bottle of Biomarine Topical Deep Water Squalane. I've been using it for about 2-3 weeks now and have noticed an improvement in the appearance of my skin. Much softer, brighter and the lines are less visible. There are some products that can soften lines but not remove them completely. So, think about improving the way your skin looks now verses anti-wrinkle. That's just not realistic. Facial steams work nice to clean out the pores and splash with icey cold water to tighten up those pores. The steam helps to plump up your skin cells as well. You will notice brighter and fresher looking skin. Of course, drinking water is the very best thing along with getting at least 8 hours of sleep. They don't call it beauty sleep for nothing!!!!
  7. The myth of anti wrinkle creams is perpetrated by the cosmetic companies in order to make a lot of money out of women who have been brainwashed by their advertising and women's magazines. The surface cells of the skin are already dead so applying a cream will not suddenly make you look younger. If these creams were a pharmaceutical product they would never come to market because the so called trials run by the cosmetic companies are not clinically or statistically valid. Save your money and just by super market moisturiser cream. The silicones in these creams help make your skin feel softer. If you look at the ingerdient list they will be almost the same as Lorealor any of that stuff. Pentapeptides, beta fruit acids, all that other nonsense are only a marketing tool and are not proven to be effective.
  8. Hi, avon products are very good, they do a anti aging products thorught all the stages up until your in your 50's, at the moment the ulimate elixier is excellent my mum got a sample of it and she says it works miracles and you can tell from the first use. My auties also agree, I am only in my 20's so I dont really need any of that yet as its made for the advance signs of ageing, more than the anti ageing, But you can see the results that are happening since my mum has been using this cream Its advertised on the telly at the moment, Here are some links to find what you are looking for, Here the elixier you can use it alone of for double the effect underneath your normal anti aging moisturiser. http://avonshop.co.uk/shop/product.asp?src_page=product_list.asp&level1_id=700&level2_id=702&pdept_id=980&dept_id=&pf_id=31826 Heres the anew range, the anew ultimate is for the advance signs of ageing, and the anew clinical is instead of surgrey they all work and have been proven http://avonshop.co.uk/shop/product_list.asp?level1_id=700&level2_id=702&pdept_id=980&cat_type=B&col=3 Here is the Avon Solutions, ageless reuslts these are for the to prevent and care for your skin in the first signs of ageing http://avonshop.co.uk/shop/product_list.asp?level1_id=700&level2_id=702&pdept_id=981&cat_type=B&col=3 its the ageless results products that are for the wrinkles etc. So really it all depends at what stage your at to what products you will need. I would highly recommend this anti aging thermal cleaners nno matter what stage you are at. http://avonshop.co.uk/shop/product.asp?src_page=product_list.asp&level1_id=700&level2_id=702&pdept_id=981&dept_id=&pf_id=31425 I only recommend avon as my mum has for years tried to find creams that work and she has tried all sorts of expensive ones that dont work from boots to olay to loreal, and she gave up in the end. I then became an avon rep, and my mum still didnt trust anything. until I got my mum and customers samples and they realise that these products do actually work from first us. and they are always getting ordered so they must be good.
  9. Neutrogena anti wrinkle cream spf 15 (original). It smooths skin like no other! Neutrogena also make a night cream too. They are made from pure vitamin a (retinol) with multi-vitamins. They cost approx. $13-$15 at most.
  10. Be gentle with your skin and it will go a long way in keeping it smooth and supple. Gently massage the face with glycerin-honey mixture. Dip a cotton pad in unbeaten egg white, and smooth it across wrinkles. Leave it on for an hour and remove it with a cotton dipped in ice-cold water.
