1. No. If you want nice healthy skin you have to drink plenty of water and eat good fruit and veg. No smoking and very little alcohol. Sorry.

3. Ive given up with the creams, the key to slow ageing skin is do it from the inside out. Eat a healthy, varied diet and drink alot of water, excersise.

5. Yes plenty of fruit and veg lots of water . Most of all moisturise night and day with any quality you dont need to spend a lot just as long as you do it .also dont smoke and keep the use of sun beds down

The surface cells of the skin are already dead so applying a cream will not suddenly make you look younger. If these creams were a pharmaceutical product they would never come to market because the so called trials run by the cosmetic companies are not clinically or statistically valid. Save your money and just by super market moisturiser cream. The silicones in these creams help make your skin feel softer. If you look at the ingerdient list they will be almost the same as Lorealor any of that stuff. Pentapeptides, beta fruit acids, all that other nonsense are only a marketing tool and are not proven to be effective.

Hi, avon products are very good, they do a anti aging products thorught all the stages up until your in your 50's, at the moment the ulimate elixier is excellent my mum got a sample of it and she says it works miracles and you can tell from the first use. 9. Neutrogena anti wrinkle cream spf 15 (original). It smooths skin like no other! Neutrogena also make a night cream too. They are made from pure vitamin a (retinol) with multi-vitamins. They cost approx. $13-$15 at most.
