Effective cream for dark circles under eyes???
I get plenty of sleep, eat very well, and get good excerise. My doctor says I am a very healthy person (and always have been). However, since I was very, very little (like 2) I've had dark circles under my eyes. Usually I can just put on some concelear so they're not as noticeable and I'm good to go, but this weekend I am going away to overnight camp for 2 weeks and I won't really be able to use makeup there as it's a sporty camp and I'll be in the water a lot and stuff. Does anyone know any good creams dark circles under eyes?? Or any other suggestions... things I'd be able to do at camp though. I've tried tea bags, cucumbers, the cold-spoon thing, and all that but it's been unaffective. Besides, I wouldn't be able to do them at camp anyway. PLEASE help!!! I'm a very confident person for the most part but I would feel so much better about myself if I didn't have racoon eyes!!! Normally makeup can help, but at camp I can't really wear any... HELP! ok everyone... sounds good... but by the way i think it might look a little odd if i was rubbing hemorrhoid cream under my eyes at camp... lol. thanks for the suggestions guys, but i'm looking for stuff that's proven to work. and it can't be like $100,000, if you know what i mean. so is there anyone out there that used to have dark circles under their eyes like me but found some sort of wonder product that took them away (or at least made them less noticeable)?? i understand they probably won't go away for good, but...

- Cucumbers.
- Vaseline, everynight before you go to bed.
- K, I know this sounds crazy, but its a commonly known trick among actors/actresses/news reporters... Preparation H. (its a hemorrhoid cream)
- mustard and balsomic vinegrette
- No miracle cream sorry. It's genetics unfortunatly, as I have the exact same problem. We have thinner skin underneath our eyes and especially in the inner corner (where I tend to have my dark circles) and because of this the blood vessels show through giving it a purple-bluish appearance making it look bruised. I cannot tell you how many times I've been asked if I have a black eye. I used to just blame it on getting headbutted in soccer just to get people off me, but eventually I just accepted it and got over it. I do the concealor thing as well, the stuff by the company called "Benefit" has been by far the best for me so far. For the issue of not putting any on during your camp, who cares. Accept yourself and others will follow suit. For me it's just one big joke now the whole 'black eye' thing. Relax and enjoy the sports camp, I'm very jealous!
- Use Avon's under-eye lighten up cream, its quite effective. also continue to use cucumbers and cold, used tea-bags as mask. this will work well with the help of the cream
- Wow! I have your same problem. Mine are not as dark, but thats because I use Lancome Nutrix Royal Intense Lipid Repair cream. It Works wonders on under eye circles. Mine came in a set, but i is available alone. However, I do not know the price. Its available at Macy's, at the beauty counter. If you don't have a Macy's, it is also sold at Lancome.com or Sephora. Hope that helped!! :]]
- Avon has a great product out called Anew clinical eye lift.I use it all the time and it does work it is a little, expensive but it is worth it .It can be used if you camp just keep it in a cool place as it is a cream. Good luck and have fun camping.
- There are many causes of dark circles, from age, heredity, allergies, cold or sinus infection, bone structure and glasses which are not so commonly known. http://www.mydarkcirclesblog.com/2006/11/27/causes-of-dark-circles/ If you would like to apply home remedies to reduce dark circles, here are some of my suggestions: Buy a box of regular, old fashioned unflavored gelatin (e.g. Knox) from grocery store. Take a small cup or bowl and put in 1 teaspoon of the gelatin mix. Add one tablespoon of boiling water & stir for a minute. Test it on your wrist to make sure it is not too hot. Then, using a cotton ball, pat it under your eyes as you would an eye cream or gel. Go lie down and listen to some music, or take a bath & let it stay on for at least 30 minutes. Then just rinse it off.Gelatin is very high in Vitamin K & Biotin. It will not remove your dark circles on the first application (but you will notice a difference), but if you do it daily for a week, and then 2-3 times a week for maintenance, you should notice a drastic reduction in dark circles. http://www.mydarkcirclesblog.com/2007/01/01/special-spa-home-remedy-to-reduce-dark-circles/ To hide dark circles, you can use YSL concealer or salmon concealer.. http://www.mydarkcirclesblog.com tips on how to reduce dark circles, the causes of dark circles, home remedies, eye creams reviews, make up tips, and natural healer. http://www.cleansecolonblog.com Cleanse Colon Blog writes about colon cleanse home remedies and review colon cleanse products.
