Reccomendation for eye sream for dark circles & puffiness..?

I'm shopping for an eye cream that helps diminish dark circles & puffiness, not just mask them. I've tried many OTC products w/ limited results. Any affordable suggestions?

1. OK i know this sounds stupid but it works, try some hemorrhoid cream but be careful an dont get it in your eyes it works i promise. also visine will dry up a zit. just ask Miss America an she ll tell you the same as i just did on both counts
2. You can try alternative remedies since it's practical & safe to use. try using sliced and cooled in the ref cucumber whenever you need it but it's best before you sleep so your eyes are resting. Sleep for 7-8 hours because it's very difficult to remove dark circles when you're always not getting enough sleep, the muscles and small veins around your eyes are getting tired. belive me, I'm a nurse who liked working in the hospital even 4 hours of sleep! Gud luck girl!
3. i tried this product called " uriage " isolift -contour des yeux... it works wonders! it does! but otherwise.. yes 7- 8 hours of sleep and a good diet helps. drink lots of water.
4. to get rid of puffiness, i find that putting 2 spoons in freezer overnight, then placing the frozen spoons on your eyes in the morning. the cold makes the swelling go down. for dark circles... i have no idea. i have that problem also.
