1. I sell BeautiControl and we have great creams for that; however, if you want something you can get at Wal-Mart, Oil of Olay has never let me down in any of their products!
2. i have the same problem and i use a 30 ML bottle of CG Smoothers. it works wonders. also, if you keep the bottle in the fridge and then just take it out when you need it, it will work much better. cold things help to keep your eyes away from being dark. this product works GREAT for me. good luck !

5. first do try and make sure that you are hydrating yourself well, as tiredness and stress (which often brings on the dark circles) is often made worse when your normal diet lapses and you forget to drink enough water. to this extent, it is a good idea to spend at least twice a week with cucumber pieces on your eyes to rehydrate. in terms of creams, i too have been shopping around and was told that Body shop eye creams are very popular. i had a bad experience with a Nivea eye cream which began to bleach my eye lashes (i went exactly by their 'how to use' directions)!! but i'm assured that Body shop products do not bleach in that way... its best if you make sure you're getting your night's worth of sleep on top of everything else since u need to tackle any forms of stress you're putting on your body before you try creams...otherwise it'll just be an uphill struggle.. all the best...
