11. Hi there are lots of things that can take the dark circles away but it depends on your budget really. The new products by olay are really good especially definity it has light reflectors or something in them and I have noticed a vast improvement with my circles. You could just go to the olay website and see if you can hold of a sample before you go and spend £20. good luck and Peace.
