8. I don't know what these other people are talking about- more sleep yeah right! They obviously were blessed with not having very dark circles. They were right in one thing- an eye moisturizing cream will not do anything for dark circles. But if you want to know a good concealer that lasts all day, try CoverBlend by Exuviance.
