What brands of eye cream and Concealers are effective in reducing under eye dark circles?

I have heredity under eye dark circles that I can't seem to get rid of. I get plenty of sleep, exercise, and eat a balanced diet. I've tried every home remedy possible. I do a so-so job in covering up my dark circles with concealer, I know that i'm suppost to use a yellow toned concealer that's a shade lighter than my foundation. Can you recommend a good brand of concealer? Have you found a cream that's reduced the appearance of your dark circles? PS: if someone could star this question I would be truely grateful because I never seem to get many satisfactory answers to this question.

1. use vitiman e u can get it at ur local drug store or u can use this product which u can buy at macy's its called hylexin but its almost 100.00 so if that not in ur budge get the vitiman e cream its about 10 bucks

3. Most definitely Cinema secrets! It even covers full tattoos. I use it for all my shoots (tv and print). Then I brush on a thin layer of rice powder, banana color(well, depending on your skin color of course)
4. I love Arbonne's RE9 anti-aging eye cream. It has a lightener in it and it reduces fine lines and wrinkles. I also use their concealer. Arbonne's products are made from botanicals/herbs and are amazing.

Take a small cup or bowl and put in 1 teaspoon of the gelatin mix. Add one tablespoon of boiling water & stir for a minute. Test it on your wrist to make sure it is not too hot. Then, using a cotton ball, pat it under your eyes as you would an eye cream or gel. Go lie down and listen to some music, or take a bath & let it stay on for at least 30 minutes. Then just rinse it off.Gelatin is very high in Vitamin K & Biotin.
