Where To Find Under Eye Creams For Dark Circles?
I Want some, but I have no clue where I can get one. I live in a tiny city, and the only place I may have a chance at is wal*mart...And I can't shop online, my mom doesn't have a credit card. Where can I find one (that works, obviously) without going out of my city? (I wouldn't even call it a city, but, hey, that's what it is). Thanks =)

- Hmm for dark circles?..The problem is that that is from the skin being so thin there...It would be better to get a good concealer...And that you can definitley get at walmart. Talk to one of the women there and they will help you to pick the right shade for your skin.
