are the "top brand names" cremes like chanel,dior,etc. are they really worth getting?

or are they all the same? my mother had a thought of getting the new chanel eye cream but i was a bit skeptical because it has such a high price. so i wanted to make sure if it was worth it and decided to find out.

2. I would say no. If you look on the ingredients on the back, you will see that most of the ingredients are in lower end brands also.
3. Yes! It is a known fact that major fashion houses produce better quality cosmetics. They spend a significant amount of money on scientific research when creating a new cosmetic product. You would be hard pressed to find a better moisturizer than the ones that Prada produces. Using crushed diamonds and exotic oil-alternatives. Chanel's under-eye cream is an amazing product, you see the results after your first application. Designer cosmetics, for the most part, feature higher quality ingredients. They are properly balanced and properly tested. Chanel and Prada you cannot go wrong with, they use the latest technology and the highest quality ingredients. You pay a Premium price for a Premium product. It's always good to do some research, but you really can't go wrong with Chanel.
