what is the best cream for DARK CIRCLES UNDER EYES??

not really any bags/puffyness of wrinkes but DARK CIRCLES.what cream can i use to get rid of them?

4. No cream works for dark circles only natural things like honey and oatmeal.
5. nothing works on dark circles, I don't care what anyone says. I have tried everything, been to a dermatologist and to a esthetician, done web searches, all of it. I have been told three things... dark circles are generally caused by allergies, not enough sleep or not enough water. I was also told that it can be hereditary. And ALL said the eye creams for dark circles don't work. Best thing to do for them? Drinks lots of water as it dilutes the area around the eyes and keeps the sensitive skin moist, also get enough sleep. Invest in a good concealer. I like the one Bare Escentuals sells, also Clinique makes a great one that doesn't cake. Good luck!
