What is the best eye cream to use and why?

I am looking for an anti-aging, line diminishing, eye cream. Which eye cream do you like and why?

1. I like eyecon by benefit, the only eye cream I have used that really worked. I only knew because when I ran out, suddenly I got really dark circles and puffy eyes.

3. herbalife has this range of face products called nourifushion and i particularly like the eye gel because well it works for my eye rings. might give it a try. :)
4. i would suggest clinique's repaiwear intensive eye cream...gives a refreshed look even the day after using it. it is anti-aging, and works well with the lines...
5. La Prairie's Anti-aging eye cream. I also like Kinerase Intensive Eye Cream a lot but in my nealy twenty years of experience with eye creams, and trying trying trying, La Prairie always comes out on top. Lack of lines are the proof of that.
6. Ponds and Nivea works wonderful for me. It softens my lines to a point where you hardly see them. I don't believe in eye creams. No matter what you use, you cannot change the fact of life. Getting older is a fact. I have never spend my hard earned money to keep the rich, rich. I look at women my age who spend $100's of dollars on crap, and look their age, or sometimes even older.
