Best eye cream for under $25?

I am only 22 years old, so I do not want to spend a ton of money on eye cream. I have also heard that people use preparation H for an eye cream? I just want something reasonably priced and yet effective.

3. Do you have dark circles or crow's feet or are you just looking for a good ice cream? If you have dark circles, I'd recommend Anew Intensive Eye Cream (great for dark circles) $25 Or, since you're young, you may be better off with Anew Retroactive Repair Eye Serum ($18). I love this serum, it's great to stop wrinkles before they start, but it doesn't do anything for dark circles. You can order either on my website: www.AvonbyMarcie.com I don't know anything about non-Avon eye creams.
4. For dark circles use anything with potassium in it. The best is to slice a raw potato into a nice circle and smash some banana and put it on top. Lay down and place them on your eyes for about 15 minutes. You will be STUNNED at the results for the price. Prep H will tighten the eye but is harsh on the delicate skin.
5. My wife used to sell Mary Kay products, and she still swears by them. Some of the products are overpriced, but you can get a great eye cream for around $15. You can check Ebay for an even lower price, as there are a lot of consultants that list there brand new items for well below retail. Hope this helps

7. preperation H reduces puffiness. Not fine lines. Vitamin E oil is cheap and mor effective than expensive eye creams.
