What are some good under eye creams or treatments you guys have used?

I have been using Avon's Anewal Clinical Eye Lift, since April/May, it is good but little on the expensive side. The upper eye gel is great, but am disappointed by the under eye treatment. I was just wondering what would be a good under eye treatment, that also will not break the bank. I don't have bags, TG! Just getting a few fine lines, and would like to make them seem less noticeable. I do not stay out in the sun long either, always wear sunglasses when am outside, or driving.

1. dont laugh but if you are trying to get rid of bags under your eyes preparation H works. My mom is the one who told me about it ( I never asked how exactly she found out that it works) :) you can even get the store brand and what she does so noboby knows thats what she uses, she puts it in another face cream container.
2. Let me share my beauty secret with you. Before you use your eye cream, soak two Earl Grey ( a box of these at Starbucks only costs $5 bucks) tea bags in hot water for about 4 minutes. Then squeeze out any remaining water from the tea bags and let them cool. Lie down and play some relaxing music. Sip some of your tea. Make sure your head is elevated with a good pillow so that fluid retention from undereye bags disappear. Close your eyes and place the tea bags on your lids. The caffeine from the black tea will reduce inflammation and puffiness and help the skin around the eye look more youthful. When you are done apply a good eye cream. The one you use from Avon works well.
