Good eye creams and best way to apply?

I am starting to use eye cream. Wanted some advice on good eye creams for sensitive skin and the best ways to apply (dot it in, rub it in, etc.). I am currently using Cliniques All about eyes, but not terribly impressed.

To apply, place small drops on second finger in from pinkie and dot around eye. Whole area. Smooth in anti-clockwise direction. Finish with a hydrating or cooling spray over the area. Voila! 5. Set off green eyes with orchid pink shadow, contouring with antique rose and blending with petal pink under the brow. Make grey eyes glow by applying zinc white shadow on just the upper lids. 6. i use l'oreal de-wrinkle de-crease eye cream at night.....but dont expect results overnight....wait for sometime before u begin to see the results.......also just take an inch of cream on ur ring finger n tap ur under eye area....dont masage it too much as it will cause more wrinkles....hope this helps....
