eye creams?

i have extremely sensitive skin. i ordered AVON solutions eye repair cream (i'm a rep) and after a few times, i broke out in a crusty, itchy rash on my eyelids. i would like to try the ANEW line, it's a bit higher end than the solutions. basically, i'm not looking for an undereye cream, i need an all over eye cream that will lift & firm my eye area without making me break out!!

1. it doesn't matter if it's high-end....what matters is if there's anything in the cream that you're allergic to. You can either try it and see what happens or compare the ingredients with the one that caused you to break out.
2. Eye creams are usually just as added expense unless your eyes are extremely dry & wrinkly. Usually you can put your moisturizer around your eyes. I have just discovered the best book about skin care in a long time. It is called The Skin Type Solution by Leslie Baumann, M.D.. She is amazing! She has tested all sorts of products to see which work for each skin type. She does like Avon's Anew. It may be too much for your sensitive skin as it has alpha hydroxy in it. I got a copy of the book from the library. You can do her quiz & then look up what type of skin care you need & what products will work best for you. I now do the quiz w/ my clients & help them figure out what they need- even if I don't sell the products. I want my clients to be really happy. If you would like, you can e-mail me & I will e-mail you the quiz (I typed it into my computer so I could use it at work) & look up what she recommends you use. I need the practice so I don't mind helping you figure it out.
3. I personally like the Olay eye creams if you want something inexpensive and effective. Depending on your age and level of damage, the thicker the more effective. But if you don't have alot of wrinkles or fine lines, then something too heavy will actually create deeper wrinkles. Its good to use some sort of eye cream to prevent and control skin damage to the delicate eye area. I put mine on at night and also under my foundation and I love it!!
